Yoga & Fitness
With our new Yoga & Fitness studio, your child can sign up for FREE yoga and fitness classes every Tuesday! Yoga for kids encourages an active, healthy lifestyle and promotes self-regulation, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
Every other Friday during our Afterschool Program, we dedicate the day to physical education! Through a variety of indoor and outdoor sports, games, and activities, your child will spend the afternoon focusing on fitness development and having fun!
